Please note that once you have booked an
appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. A credit card is required to make an appointment and any cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a fee/rebooking charge. Please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
In the case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency you can contact me directly and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.
The first time a client misses an appointment, I will make a note in your file.
All future late-cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
“No call - No show” clients will owe 100% of the booked service price before they can rebook.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide the full scheduled service. I will try my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
